Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown

Location amazing 🤩 perfect for access to everything without a car. The buffet included was excellent. Great range to choose from and staff very helpful with getting alternative milks heated up from the dispense coffee machine. Great facility with staff offering us to book the consecutive days for our favourite table. Replay impressed with this and the view was perfect and really sums up Queenstown.

Location was perfect, good view, beds were super comfy and I do love a hotel with a guest laundry!! The staff were also really nice, one of the cleaners accidentally mistook our souvenir’s for dishes and then the team was unable to locate them so went out and replaced everything for us. They were really apologetic, nice and polite about the situation which I was grateful for.

The staff are lovely, and the view is terrific. The ambience of the hotel is great, and the location is terrific. It is right across the road from a lovely walkway to town and out of town. The buffet breakfast is outstanding - so much choice - with views of the mountains and lakes.

The service was excellent. The bed very comfortable and cosy. The actual room was worn out. Needed a fresh paint, new carpet and the desk a more modern colour. The shower didn't always have good pressure, but it was ok. View was fabulous. I could see there was work happening, so expect an renovated accommodation next time. Maybe double glazing? Buffet breakfast was brilliant, plenty of variety.

The room was basic, but clean and tidy. Not really a view from the balcony but there was access to the pool and another balcony with views of the lake. The staff were great, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and so much choice. the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and fresh.
